Derrick Wayne Tidwell, age 55 passed away November 5, 2023. He died peacefully surrounded by his children.
Derrick was born in San Jose California on September 6, 1968 to William Tidwell and Geneva Nettles.
Derrick was happiest surrounded by his children and other Christian's. He instilled the Christianity in his children's heart.
Derrick preceded in death by his dad, William Hershel Tidwell, his step dad, Bill Lawrence, and his brother Raymond Pool.
Derrick was survived by 6 children, Austin Tidwell of Vancouver WA, Samantha with husband Casey Clements of Battle ground, WA, Lason Tidwell of Battle ground, WA, Tyler Tidwell with Payton Hughes of Vancouver, WA, Joren Tidwell of Pasco, WA, and Josie Tidwell of Pasco, WA.
He is also survived by his mom, Geneva Nettles, his sisters Paula Pool and Deborah Leimer, his brother Jon Taylor,
And his grandchildren Leon and Bellamy Clements.
He enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren and telling stories to make us laugh. He also enjoyed fixing things and working with cars.

Old Apostolic Lutheran Church of Lewisville
A viewing will be held Friday, November 10th from 6 PM - 8 PM at Lewisville OALC.
There will also be a short viewing prior to the funeral service on November 11th, 2023, also at the Lewisville OALC from 10 AM - 11 AM.
